How do I pay for my tour?
An upfront online payment will be required to confirm your booking. Pay online with your credit card via Paypal.

Are the transport prices per vehicle or per person?
Transportation prices shown on our website are always per vehicle (not per person). The price you see is the price you pay to your driver after the tour is completed. No hidden fees. Your driver will be aware of the pre-arranged price.
If I need a tour within the next 12 hours, can I book it online?
Unfortunately, that will not be possible. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Will I have to share the vehicle with others who are not in my party?
We only do private tours. When you reserve a vehicle via our company, no matter whether it is a 3 passenger car, 8 passenger minivan or 20 passenger minibus, the vehicle is exclusively yours for the whole journey.
Where will the driver meet me?
Your driver will wait for you at your hotel reception on-time. If you are staying in an apartment of villa, please provide a contact number so that the driver can give you a call when he reach your accommodation.
What if do not find the driver?
In rare cases, customers may take some minutes to locate their driver. Our customers receive their driver’s contact details by email one day before the tour. Customers call liaise with the driver directly or simply our office or hotline so that our personnel can assist you & liaise with the driver.
Are the vehicles fully licensed and insured?
All supplied vehicles are fully licensed by the local authorities and carry an up to date Public service transport license. Be careful of bogus airport transfer advertisers as there are a number openly operating in Mauritius without licenses and liability insurance.
Bad weather conditions
Choose to re-schedule the tour for the another day or receive a full refund within 24 hours in case the local authorities issue a rough sea warning restricting boat companies to venture at sea.

- Note: there is a guarantee of 90% that you will see the Dolphins, but if that is not the case, there will be no money back but instead we will offer you to join a second trip free of charge.
- This trip is done on speed boats, as it is much easier to look for the dolphins in comparison to catamarans which take much more time to arrive to the Dolphins sites.

A little information about Dolphins in Mauritius
Dolphins are one of the most fantastic creatures that live in the sea. Dolphins: cheerful and cheerful, a symbol of intelligence and grace.
Dolphins live in groups of approximately 20 or more individuals and can be seen swimming calmly from Tamarin (on the west coast of Mauritius) on their way to the deep sea off the coast of the Le Morne peninsula, early in the morning.
Bottlenose dolphins and Spinner dolphins have made the west coast of Mauritius a place to rest and sleep before going deep sea fishing.
The Bottlenose dolphin is one of the most common and famous dolphins. Bottlenose dolphins are gray and can be between 2 and 4 meters (6.6 and 13 feet) long, and weigh between 150 and 650 kilograms (330 and 1,400 lb). Bottlenose dolphins live in groups called pods, which generally consist of 15 dolphins, but it is also possible to find groups of more than 100 or, sometimes, even more than 1000 dolphins. Their food consists mainly of small fish.
The Spinner dolphin is dark gray, with darker spots on the tail, back and throat. It usually has creamy white spots on the stomach, although this varies greatly. The beak is long and thin, with a dark tip. The fins are also long for the size of this dolphin. Adult sizes vary from 129 cm to 235 cm and weigh from 23 kg to 78 kg. The pregnancy period is 10 months. Individuals reach maturity at 4-7 years (women) and 7-10 years (men). Longevity unknown. Spinners meet in groups that range from a few dolphins to large schools that add up to thousands.
