- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity.
- This trip is very popular, so please book this activity enough time in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during the peak seasons.
- Note: There is a 90% guarantee that you will see the Dolphins, but if that is not the case, there will be no money back; instead, we will offer you to join a second trip free of charge.
- This trip is done on speed boats, as it is much easier to look for the dolphins than catamarans, which take much more time to arrive at the dolphin sites.
- Transport is offered as a supplement. See prices here
- Bring your snorkelling gear (recommended), or use the shared equipment on board.
- Bad weather: If the local authorities issue a rough sea warning restricting boat/dolphin encounter companies from venturing at sea, you can choose to reschedule the tour for another day or receive a full refund within 24 hours.
- Child/Toddler Seats: The first child seat ordered is Free of charge and is upon request. Any additional child seat ordered is charged at EUR 10 per seat.
- You are responsible for mentioning the child’s age when booking so that we know which child seat/s model will be required.
- If you want to change the itinerary during the trip, an additional charge may apply. The driver will inform the office about any changes.
- Cleaning Fees: In cases of vomiting, spreading sand, or spilling food or drinks in the vehicle, a Rs400 cleaning fee will be charged. This fee is intended to cover restoring the vehicle’s cleanliness. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for passengers is greatly appreciated.
- There will be no eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle due to the cleanliness and respect for other passengers. There may be an exception if passengers need to eat or drink for medical reasons.
- We do not provide transfers when a class 3 or higher cyclone is in effect.
- Booking Policy: Customers are kindly requested to avoid arranging trips directly with the drivers. All bookings must be made through our office for proper coordination and record-keeping. Failure to comply with this policy will immediately suspend both the driver and the customer from our systems. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this efficient and streamlined service guideline.
