- Cleaning Fees: In cases of vomiting, spreading sand, or spilling food or drinks in the vehicle, a Rs400 cleaning fee will be charged. This fee is intended to cover restoring the vehicle’s cleanliness. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for passengers is greatly appreciated.
- There will be no eating, drinking, or smoking in the vehicle due to cleanliness and respect for other passengers. An exception may be made if passengers need to eat or drink for medical reasons.

It’s important to note that our non-refund policy has exceptions. These exceptions are designed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate a cancellation.
- Cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) or more before the booking date will be considered favourably. No cancellation fees will apply, and the payment will not be forfeited, though the client will bear any administrative or bank fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours (1 day) of the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
The Park will consider cancellations due to extreme weather conditions. However, rainfall or weather conditions that do not disrupt Park operations will not be regarded as extreme.
