I booked the services of TRAVELHUB Mauritius twice during my recent trip to Mauritius for work. Once was for my return airport transfers and the second was a driver for a custom multi location tour of the island during the weekend. Both experiences are worthy of 5 stars. The booking process was extremely easy and the option to pay in advance via credit card is great, rather than always having to have local currency. The communication is excellent, as soon as I switched on my phone on landing in Mauritius I had a WhatsApp message from my driver Nikhil, where he confirmed he was already at the pre agreed location in arrivals and described what he was wearing. He also held a TRAVELHUB board with my name on it, an important security feature for a solo female traveller. His car was parked just outside the door and it was a very comfortable journey to my hotel. The same excellent level service on return - he was on time (a few minutes early in fact) collecting me from my hotel lobby and I was brought straight to the Departures area. On the weekend, my driver Pradeep took me around the island to all the areas I had included on my booking- beginning at 10am and returning at 9pm. He was so knowledgeable and really went above and beyond, even leaving the car with me in Port Louis to show me where everything was located and giving me some excellent tips regarding the markets, the etiquette and the prices I should negotiate if making any purchases. I will definitely be using this company again on my return to Mauritius and I highly recommend booking them to anyone.
